The Funding 411

The Funding 411 is a newsletter with information about foundation, corporate, federal, state, and local government funding (with a focus on the Houston, Texas area). It is published on a weekly basis for clients of Thriving Hive Consulting. To request a subscription and arrange payment, please email vivian@thrivinghiveconsulting.com.

Subscription options:

  • Clients in the state of Texas may receive weekly alerts on national, state, and local funding (with a focus on the Houston area) for $600 per year.
  • Clients outside Texas may receive weekly alerts on national funding for $300 per year.
  • Any client who contracts with Thriving Hive Consulting to receive other services, minimum $3,000 per year, will receive The Funding 411 at no additional charge for the duration of the contract. A client who contracts for $3,000/ year in services after paying for a subscription will receive an additional year’s subscription at no additional cost.

Terms and Conditions: The Funding 411 focuses on foundation, corporate, federal, state, and local government funding opportunities for 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organizations engaged in social services. It generally excludes funding for research, as well as funding for which 501 (c) 3 organizations are not eligible to apply, although such opportunities may be included if they are potentially of interest to 501 (c) 3 organizations.

Clients may share The Funding 411 with individuals within their organization, but may not duplicate, forward, or distribute it to other organizations. Unauthorized distribution is a violation of copyright law. Grant-AID reserves the right to revoke the subscription of any organization engaging in unauthorized distribution, without refund of subscription fees.

Thriving Hive Consulting will make every effort to provide timely and accurate information, but cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any entries. Clients should exercise due diligence in researching funding opportunities, including application deadlines and funding amounts.
